Location
- Good location
- Locality preference will be Indira Nagar or South of the city
Property Description
- Minimum 3 BHK
- Parking for a large size SUV is a must
- Small garden area will be added advantage
- Must be at least 2 storey building
- Property must be in good and liveable condition
- Must be vacant (ready to move)
Title
Property must not be disputed. I’ll need to see the deed document, non-EC and other property details before I can confirm.
I’m not in India right now so I’ll need to see documents and photos first. I’ll also ask to do a remote video viewing of the property if I like it.
Budget: Less than 2Cr
Cash Buyer
I’m cash buyer i.e. I’ll buy from my own money without taking any loan.
Owner/Agent
I prefer to buy directly from the owners.

@kesavpatel It’s near my hometown which is in some fucked up place. Lucknow is the nearest decent liveable city. I do have options to move to Varanasi or Noida. Varanasi is a total shithole when it comes to live. Noida is full with Western UP goons and not safe for a family.

Well yes, Purvanchal is shithole as the rest of the country. We gotta live somewhere making compromises. Tell me which is not a shithole place in India and I’ll tell you the reality of that place.
