Hello, We are in the UK, we have two kids. School holidays are in around 1 month of time. I wanted to know any good place, pref. in EU, to take family for holidays?

Spain, Greece, any EU country except France. It all depends on what you are looking for. If it is seaside then it has to be Spain. If it has to be city tour then could be anything as per your taste. Ask your kids they will tell you where to go.
