We want to buy house in Noida. I've been searching for houses and it seems we can't find any decent house with less than 5 Cr. We don't have so much of liquid cash. We have some savings but they are tied into investments and FDs which we don't want to break right now. 

I've checked with banks and they can't offer more than 2 Cr based on our salaries.

After going back to India we will not have any issue in finding jobs as I'll continue to work remotely for the USA company and being CA my husband will find job easily.
